Interview
A number of interviews with HR and people who were in the team I was joining. Also did a test which examined logical capabilities. Had worked with the company before so knew some people on the inside, but I did not have a particular payments background.

Question 1
Describe my background, my style of working, my leadership, and give concrete examples of each.
Onduidelijk proces, langzame opvolging, gesprek weinig inhoudelijk was voornamelijk informatie versturen. Interviewer maakte geen professionele indruk, geen interview op star methodiek of andere structuur. Dit maakt een gesprek vaag en tijdverspilling.
Multiple steps in the process, including a logical thinking test. The recruiter informed me upfront very well about every step, what to expect, how long will the interview take and who will be interviewing. Overall a good experience.
