Panel interview with the prospective grade level team. The standard interview questions with a heavy emphasis on the district's core beliefs (P2P). The panel took turns in asking questions. At the end of the interview, I was given a chance to ask questions. The panel seemed pleasant to converse with, not at all frightening.

The interview process was great! I interviewed with the principal and the other teachers in the department I was applying for since I would be working really closely with them.

Since I was interviewing for a middle school position, the question was: “how do you feel like you are going to bring your elementary experience to middle school?”

okay, some schools better than others and that shows with the teachers. if the school is in a good district, the teachers are going to be better, if it's not, the teachers wont be good either.
