Excellent interview process - very thorough and fair team, a pleasure to work with. They were very open with feedback and valued questions and input - they gave opportunities to ask fair questions and gave honest answers.

Interview
Don't waste your time, the company seems to have a policy, standard operating procedure, to waste candidate's time and ghost them.
Company reached out with canned email saying despite untold masses of applications, mine was on a handful lucky enough to get considered. They don't do interviews, oh no, that is "soooo passé" and instead they want video selfies not to exceed 3 minutes long. 5 candidates, each with videos not to exceed 3 minutes. Six weeks later, despite checking in and trying to understand status of application, the company just ghosts you. No calls, no personal email, not even a canned rejection email. They just ghost you. 6 weeks to watch a 3 minute video, and they cant quite get around to watching it or just saying "no, thanks."

One of the Best Interview Experiences I’ve Had
The interview process was incredibly transparent, with clear communication at every stage and a quick turnaround for feedback. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had as a candidate. I always knew what to expect next and was never left wondering after each round. The level of care and respect shown throughout the process truly reflected the company’s values and made me even more excited to accept the offer and join the team.
They genuinely care about their candidates—even during the interview phase.
Interview Process:
1. Round 1: 5-minute self-recorded video
2. Round 2: Interview with VP of Customer Success
