The interview process with HR went smoothly. I got an assessment and did it. I had an interview with the team and respond to each question. They don't have solid questions and the conversation was about ideas and general stuff in order to express approaches for different topics. However, the result is "You're confident about your knowledge. You don't seem to learn new things and listen to other people." This doesn't make sense because I emphasized and asked questions about the discussions in the team, making decisions together, etc. Even if they seem friendly, their feedback is meaningless. Unfortunately, just a waste of time for me..
