It was an interesting process, it starts off with an online assesment which has a verbal and non verbal reasoning test. Then comes the video interview in classic Hirevue format with timed quetsions. Finally you have an assessment centre.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Knight Frank (London, England) in Nov 2025

Online Pre - recorded Interview. One way interview where you record yourself under a time limit.... You have as much time as you want to prepare, but that is timed aswell.

Short video interview. Asked questions unrelated to property - mostly situational questions with various workplace scenarios, e.g. “What would you do in this situation?” Outsourced interviewer to recruitment company, rather than a KF employee.
