I was interviewed by 3 persons. It was mainly to check out that I was likely to be a good lecturer. I was asked several questions. They wanted to know why I did not do my Masters and PhD in Biology. I did a Masters in music education, because I love music, and I knew that it would enhance my sensitivity. I did my PhD in education psychology, studying Personality, because I am curious to explore human personality, and I am sensitive to the personalities of my students. It was quite a friendly interview.
