I had a straightforward first-round screening call with basic questions like “What are pivot tables?” and “Have you managed multiple projects?” The conversation was smooth, but unfortunately, they do not support OPT.

Question 1
What are pivot tables?
Have you juggled between multiple projects?
Why do you want to work for us?
Awful.
"Recruiter" (if you can call them that) responded pretty quickly after I'd applied for a role that's been open 2+ months. Proposed only one option to interview the next day. Modified my schedule to interview at proposed time. You only get ten minutes during which time this person rapid fires questions at you. You have no time or opportunity to ask questions or explore the role/company further. No warmth, no conversation. And when the ten minutes is up? They just tell you that you've reached time and hang up. Why would anyone want to work for this company under these conditions? Maybe try treating candidates with some dignity and respect.
