    I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kondaur Capital in November 2010.

    Interview

    You first interview with the human resource person. After you then interview with the acquisition team leader and the the floor manager. The whole interview takes around 4 hours. The main thing they look for are someone who is up-to-date in the current real estate market. The interview is very laid back. Make sure to show that you are willing to work more then 40 hours a week. Job consisted of an average of 50-55 hours a week.
