Koneksa Health interview questions

After 7 rounds of interviews, I received a verbal offer lower than my target, which I had confirmed at the start was in their range. I countered with my initial target, it was declined, I countered again, lower, and it was declined again. Based on great people, culture, and opportunity, I decided to accept. When the written offer came, it excluded the agreed-upon target bonus, and since that was a significant part of the compensation package, I asked for it to be added to the offer letter. The hiring manager called back and said, “Based on your negotiations, we’re going to withdraw the offer.” I was surprised, but if they can’t put their complete offer in writing, then we’re on the same page - it wasn’t going to be a good fit.

Interview was smooth. Spoke with the recruiter and soon after that began a coding challenge, followed by a technical interview to review the challenge. Had interviews with product and other departments after all the technical interviews were completed.
