During the interview process it was very calm and easy going, he doesn't grill you on a lot of questions it's very casual. Didn't need to prepare but do bring your resume so he can look over it.

The manager or supervisor will give you a paper that has all of the requirements and things you need to know to start working here. After reading and put a check mark for each of those requirements, the manager or supervisor will come and discuss in details with you about any of your concerns or questions that you may have
