Quick and easy. Center manager was nice and organized. Explained the duties very well.
Completed the paperwork same day. Toured the center. Talks about the salary and offers raise. Doesn't give hard time.
Quick and easy in about 3-4 questions. I walked right in and got things started. I was seated in the classroom and it was only the franchise owner that interviewed me.
The interview was extremely short and contained brief questions. Not a lot of them referred to any prior knowledge regarding math or English skills. The most important ones are regarding one's ability to work with children.
I applied online via email and received a reply in a few days for an interview. It was an 1 on 1 interview. There was no test and the interview lasted for 15 minutes.
