Super simple. I had an initial phone screening, and they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. During the interview, they asked me about myself, gave me a tour, and explained the work hours while discussing which schedule would work best for me.

Quick and easy in about 3-4 questions. I walked right in and got things started. I was seated in the classroom and it was only the franchise owner that interviewed me.
