Kvant interview questions

The process is made of 2 rounds. The first round is logic test, with a couple questions related to the field and position, followed by short language test. The second round is a personal interview with the CEO and department manager. The interview was very comfortable, no strees there. But the first IQ test was a bit hard for most applicants to pass through, which I observed over the time spent with the company. The test was deeply oriented on personality check.
