My interview with Kyan Health was a positive and engaging experience. The conversation was well-structured, and I appreciated the focus on both professional skills and personal values. Overall, it felt like a thoughtful and human-centered process.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kyan Health (Berlin) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview went well overall, but toward the end they repeatedly asked about my salary expectations. They also mentioned that the role required a nine-hour workday and mandatory in-office presence, which I found a bit unusual.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Kyan Health
Interview
- Recruiter Call
- Call with one of the founders responsible for Customer Success
- It was aligned that I would hear about the next stage
- I have only heard back from the recruiter after asking multiple times across several weeks on updates. The recruiter said multiple times they will have an update, and then did not have an update, asked me to wait further just to hear again that there is no update. This cycle continued for a few weeks until the recruiter said it will take more time until they make a decision how to proceed with this role and then they will let me know. And they have not.
- I think personally it is very unfortunate how this interview process and the lack of follow-ups has played out considering that this is a mental health company that is concerned about putting people first
