Had a very brief phone interview about a week after applying. I was then invited to come in for an interview, which turned out to be more of an event. There were about 50 other people there. We were given a presentation and then each interviewed by recruiters. Then we had to take a personality test and a test that was consistent with what we would be doing for the company. Was then called by the human resource manager and offered the job. Pay is 11.30/hr, but if you work later than 5 or on the weekends it turns into about 12.30/hr. I declined the offer because the position they wanted me to do was 3 pm to 2 am, which I was not interested in. Very easy interview process, and seems like a truly good place to work.
