Called to check the status of the application I'd handed in a week ago. Girl on the phone said they were having a group interview the next day at 9am and I could come if I wanted. She did not ask for my name. I showed up the next day with 5 other applicants. We waited at the front doors for 15 minutes before a manager let us in. She was very rude and apologized because no one told her that she had to do an interview that morning.

Interview
The interview process was in a group setting and very comfortable. The questions asked were professional yet geared well towards teamwork and team building. Emphasis was placed on availability. You will be asked to explain employment history and potentially defend any employment gaps in front of peers, so be prepared for this and practice if you feel uncomfortable. This is a normal interview practice, but can be daunting in front of "competitors" for a position.

I was hired before I even applied and did not require an in depth interview process because of already having an existing association with some of the current employees who were already working at this job and I think this is about all I have to say about the interview process for me
