I applied online. I interviewed at L'Occitane (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2018
Interview
Easy and quick interview. The manager who interviewed me was lovely. Language skills are an asset. Be sure to research and read about the company before the interview. The manager was very impressed that I knew about the company's products and philanthropy.
I will present you with 3 situations and you have to rank them (from what would you do first to last). 1- A customer is trying to reach for an item 2- There's a spill on the ground 3- You are being called from the cash registry.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at L'Occitane (Vancouver, BC) in Nov 2016
Interview
I noticed the hiring sign in the window, applied online but also dropped off my resume and cover letter in person since I was familiar with the staff. A few days later, I was contacted and briefed over the phone, then invited to for an in-store interview. I felt very welcomed, was thanked for my tailored and personalized cover letter and I found the interview process relaxed, honest, friendly and respectful.
