L3Harris Interview Questions

It was smooth. Easy questions and kind people. Asked mainly about what on the resume. Probably because it's for a new grad position. There were two round, each round with two interviewers. Each round was for a different role.

It was a short interview in which they asked behavioral questions and technical questions about the experience/technologies on my resume. The interviewer was really nice and supportive. They mostly cared about experiences on my resume which matched their job description

One technical/behavioral interview. Panel of 3 engineers including the intern manager. Prepare to discuss your projects, resume, and roadblocks on the technical and behavioral side, and how you handled them.

The interviewer asked questions specifically related to the position. I was very comfortable and found it easy to talk to management about my previous experiences. Overall it was a good experience.

Very easy interview process. Just getting to know more about you and your aspirations to see if you're a fit for the company. To prepare, I would make sure that you can elaborate on the things on your resume.

Informal, A fitting conversation for the position. An informal chat allowed us to get to know each other without the formality of canned interview questions. The interview revealed much about the personality of the organization.

The interview process was pretty easy. Calls with recruiter, hiring manager, and manager of the hiring manager. Overall, the interviews were good experiences and weren’t very challenging. What I didn’t like is that I told the recruiter how much the salary would have to be for me to switch jobs and the offer ended up being $5k under it. Otherwise, the process was good and quick but rating as negative because it was a waste of everyone’s time if they weren’t willing to meet the salary requirement.

I met with L3 at a career fair and had an interview at my campus career center. The interview was mostly over some general technical questions and behavioral questions. We also spoke at length about some of the projects I had on my resume.

Interview with the hiring manager, received a form including salary expectations before offer, HR called and requested another interview due to high salary expectation, interview went well but offer was too low to accept

Phone interview set up within 2 days of application. They called from a number with a different area code but left a voicemail and text introducing themselves and the interest of setting up a phone interview.
