Very informal and fast. Most was a discussion about logistics like when I could work and was all paid. He asked my questions centered around customer service and what if situations that I might incur.

Interview
The interview process at LA Fitness was very simple and informal. I spoke directly with the front desk manager, who asked general questions about my experience working with people. It felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview.

How do you handle interactions with different types of people?
Quick questions about my experience and then showed me around the facility and met people. told me about the job and then was offered it quicky after I interviewed for it
It was super fast and simple. I was there for maybe 15 minutes and pretty much got hired on the spot. Very easy process. Not much requirement needed to get accepted
