I applied on Indeed on Sunday and received a call Monday afternoon. I set up an interview for Tuesday afternoon and was offered the job before I left the building.

Tell me about your history and background with fitness.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LA Fitness (Rochester, NY) in Nov 2015
Interview
Sat down, was called over by the manager, talked with him for 30 minutes and just indicated my interest and that I had prior sales experience and I was hired on the spot. Funny thing was, they didn't even state that officially, they just handed me my schedule for the following week
