It was over the phone, in response to them getting development money for an urgent documentary, with follow up on WhatsApp, by email and meeting the producer in person. You had a chance to set out your experience in relation to what they wanted, as well as hearing what they wanted. Little follow up, despite making plenty of effort to feed in useful information, which was disappointing but you never know what time pressures they're under in a dynamic situation so not unusual in the industry and for a small firm.
