LCG Associates interview questions

Ghosted me after the 3rd interview. No response to any of my emails. Completely unprofessional, especially to a recent college graduate looking to make connections in the industry. I wonder how many other candidates they’ve left in the dark? Doesn’t seem like the best way to build a respectable company.

Simple, standard interview process you'd find anywhere else; virtual "superday" with senior positions at the firm as a final round. Unfortunately the pay is just not there-- when most firms pay 30-50% more for analyst roles like this one, it's hard to pull the trigger for someone in a position like that even if the firm is full of very intelligent, personable people.
