It was very simple, they were very nice and had some basic interview questions. They gave me an answer within like 3-5 days. And i accepted it and personally i had a great experience with them

I recently had the opportunity to interview with Leoron, and I must say that it was an outstanding experience. They were prompt in scheduling the call and made sure to provide me with all the necessary details beforehand. The HR representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my skills, experiences, and career aspirations. They also provided a comprehensive overview of the company and the role I was applying for, allowing me to gain a better understanding of Leoron's values and expectations. Following the phone screening, I was invited for an in-person interview at Leoron's office. The office environment was inviting and professional, creating a positive first impression. The interview panel consisted of three individuals, including the hiring manager, a team member, and an executive from another department. Each member of the panel had a deep understanding of the role and asked insightful questions to assess my qualifications and fit for the position. What impressed me the most during the interview was the emphasis on behavioral-based questions. The panel asked me to provide examples from my past experiences, which allowed me to showcase my skills and demonstrate how I had handled various situations in the past. It was evident that Leoron values practical knowledge and real-world problem-solving abilities.
