LMISD interview questions

I am already an employee of LMISD. I was not offered an interview for the position I applied for. I received a letter saying that I did not meet the qualifications of the position. The person they hired was less qualified than me. I know them personally. They hired who they wanted and there was no need to even post the position. It's who you know here in LMISD and if you are from here, forget about it.
