They won’t externally hire, you’ll be offered a shift leading role first with the potential to bump up. Interviewer rearranged & was 10-15 minutes late once seated. Overall fine but could tell it culturally wasn’t for me. Spoke to a girl who’d also taken on the shift leading role first role with the potential to bump up too.

This was a Group interview. Entirely personality based which seems like they wanted a certain face to their establishment. Aka, they wanted hipsters only. Nothing preppy or too polished. Just my observation.
