I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LPL Financial (Fort Mill, SC) in Sep 2018
Interview
Very laid back and easy to talk to interviewers. Interviewed with the team I'd be working with and the manager. Loved the experience and getting the opportunity to tour the campus. They were also hosting a "Summer Ice Cream" day, where I got to get ice cream with my potential manager. Made the experience very relaxing where I felt I could be myself.

The interview was a first-round screening and super straightforward until they told me that the location of the job was completely different from what was stated in the job posting. After the screening I got an email saying that they scrapped the whole position entirely.
I applied online. I interviewed at LPL Financial (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
It was 3 level in total. The interview was quite easy easy. I was asked scenario type questions, questions from my skills and from my previous experience. Overall, it was a good experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LPL Financial (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
Initially had an interview with the recruiter who was very nice and asked me some general personal questions along with some other better and more specific questions, nothing technical, though. After this interview, I was then connected with the hiring manager to conduct a secondary interview. This part was a bit unorganized, though, and scheduling the next interview was not as easy as it should have been. Overall a decent interview experience.
