LSH Auto UK interview questions

I had a phone screening with HR who was pleasant but condescending. The company seems awfully strict about many things for what is essentially a retail job no different to a shop floor. What strikes me was how dismal the pay was (£19k) and the hourly rate (8.50 to 9) it’s incredibly low and they haven’t implemented hybrid working especially since Mercedes have now developed and e-commerce platform, the hours are no way healthy for a work/life balance

I was asked to come the dealership and wait, was waiting longer than when the appointment was made for so wasn't a good impression, the people there seem like they are in a mood
