LTI Information Technology interview questions

The interview process generally begins with an initial HR screening to discuss experience, skills, and availability. This is followed by one or more technical rounds focusing on Java, Spring Boot, databases, and problem-solving. In some cases, a coding test or live coding session is included. Finally, a managerial or client discussion is held to assess cultural fit, project alignment, and finalize compensation before an offer is extended.
