What impressed me most about the interview process was that they took a psychometric test, which indicated that they like to know people psyche and social skills before hiring them, rather than judging people only by their professional skills.

Easy and interesting interview process- It started with a face to face with manager in the first round, then a written test in the second. There is also a psychometric test that matters a lot for them and if you pass all then face to face with the MD. Post this the HR comes into the picture for salary negotiation.
