Write a backlog about a project or area with which I have familiarity. Present that backlog and defend it to a panel who will poke holes in it. Defend my own experience in Financial Services industry.

Joining Lab49 was a lengthy but positive process. It helped meeting the team from different locations and discussing the role in detail and hearing their future growth and plans. While past jobs have been very quick (e.g. 48hrs for offer) I preferred the time to meet and understand the opportunity in greater detail.
