I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LabGenius (London, England) in Aug 2024
Interview
Initial call with recruiter- lovely chat and just focused on your CV. Next step was talking to the hiring manager about how your CV fits the job position. Didn't make it to the next steps but they told me it would have been to meet again and then possibly going in the office.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LabGenius in Jul 2022
Interview
Initial stage: 1h video call screen, followed by a take-home machine learning task.
Following the rejection, I asked for feedback on the machine learning task twice, and was ignored me both times. This was disappointing considering the time spent on this stage of the hiring process. In comparison, other similar companies (Hoxton Farms etc.) gave good feedback at this stage.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LabGenius (London, England) in May 2024
Interview
The process was relatively quick.
Initial call with a member of the People team then met a couple of the team in-person for final stage interviews.
I was kept informed of when I should expect the hear back from them. Although I did not get offered the job, they provided me personalised feedback as to why I didn’t, which was much appreciated.
