Labelmaster Associate Project Manager interview questions

The initial phone screen was very strange. The person I spoke with talked about a ton of stuff at the company but it all related to her and not the actual job. Also when I asked about company culture her response was “The Chicago office gets to wear jeans like every other week!” If that’s the recruiter’s insight on culture that’s a huge red flag to me. At the end she told me she was only calling to make sure I wanted to go to the next round. I did just to see what the people who I would actually work with were like. In the second interview it was just very clear that this was an old school company that wasn’t trying to modernize to be up with current workplace trends. When asked about culture and work life balance they didn’t really seem to understand the different and just talked about how their team was so diverse and like a “mini UN.” Very strange.
