Technical and results oriented. One has to be aquanted with the use of analytic equipment and how to analyze raw data. It's also mandatory to know basic good laboratory practices besides checks for raw materials.
It was thorough and engaging. The take their time with each candidate and try to evaluate everyone to the best of their capabilities. Hence finding the best person for the job.
