Technical Went well but rejected because there was not a systematic approach so they did not take forward to the next round please have a systematic approach while attending lam interviews so it will help you

Very short and specific to job requirements, flexible enough to understand the candidate's area of interest, chance for learning new skills and not keen on previous background. HR team also very down to earth and good followup after the interview.
