I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lam Research (Bengaluru) in Mar 2016
Interview
They were asking concepts of C programming. But majority of the questions they tried to confuse me. They alone don't know the answers. They simply show off. When I came to my home and tried all questions in the compiler almost all questions which I answered were correct. Their understanding of the language is very low. Those people will conduct Interviews. Its very sad to see such a good company run by these kind of employees

The interview was on-site. It was four rounds, tough, asked all types of questions. They were extremely nice. Coding, System Design, Behavioral, and situational. Started with questions about current work, project, then went on to coding round, (write a function in the existing codebase that calls an external api and gets the response)

The interview process typically involves several stages designed to assess a candidate's qualifications, experience, and fit for a particular role or opportunity. The process begins with a review of the candidate's resume, cover letter, and any other submitted materials to determine if they meet the basic requirements for the position.
