Somehow unprofessional and their rejection feedback was “not enough HR Generalist experience in the hospitality industry”. If a feedback gets provided it needs to be relevant; 8 years in the hospitality industry + 3 years working in HR in the same industry doesn’t really align with the provided feedback."

Interview

There was a general knowledge test you needed to pass first before getting invited to interviews. Then I believe there were 3 stages of interviews. There was a presentation element during the 2nd stage.

The presentation element during the 2nd stage was by far the hardest out of all similar roles I applied for. It was supposed to be a 30 minute presentation (the average for similar roles is 10-15 mins) with basically a business proposition for the company.
