Interview
I received a phone call about the position. They were looking for a possible 2nd final candidate since they had narrowed it down to only one person. They gave me a 3-part assignment that included quite a bit of writing and research. I had 3 days to finish it (by Sunday) for the owner to review. I turned it in and didn't hear anything on Monday, so I sent an email. She said she'd get back to me in a few days. I knew the final candidate had his email that day, so I simply asked if the owner had a chance to review the assignments yet and I received a snarky remark which I did not appreciate. I never heard anything in a few days and I was thankful with how unprofessional the hiring process went.
