I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Land Services (Blanchard, OK) in May 2011
Interview
Most casual interview I've ever experienced. No questions were asked. The owner reviewed my resume and decided on the spot I was qualified to start. He told me how much I would be making, gave a brief explanation of what I'd be doing and asked if I could start on a certain date.
