Interview
My first interview was online, they flew me in for an interview person interview, I met with a director then a team of managers. Really personal conversation, really learning more about the candidate and his approach/view on the role. Lots of opportunities for questions, they were willing to go in detail about how they work and how you would fit in. I also got to spend time with the people working the role I was applying for, great experience overall

Interview
LandDesign has a core hiring team of 8-10 people, but in my experience only 2-3 people showed up for each interview. I had a virtual interview first and then an in person interview a few weeks later.
Call with HR first. Then an interview with the team. General interview questions, ask you to introduce yourself and do a presentation of your portfolio. Then the final interview is the the head leaders.
2 interviews first by phone with HR then in person with a group of people. Lunch after the interviews. You will hear back in a couple days usually. The process was straightforward and no surprises.
