I received an introductory phone call from lower management, and she asked me a few questions. The call gave more of a start up vibe than a, architectural design office
I completed two rounds of interviews. The first round consisted of relatively straightforward questions, while the second round was quite challenging and had a notably negative tone. Some of the questions were “What are the negative things your former employers would say about you?” “Describe a tough day at work.” “Tell me about a spectacular failure.” and “Why SHOULDNT we hire you?” The accumulation of these questions in a single session felt overwhelming and suggested a potentially toxic work culture. The interview process is very rigorous. They have multiple rounds that involve different interviewers. They would love to really get to know you as a person. Be prepared to answer any questions they throw at you, not too many odd questions. Most questions are straightforward and will ask about portfolio and resumes.
