The interview process was exceptionally professional, transparent, and supportive. It began with an initial screening call, followed by an indepth interview with the hiring managers. However, the highlight of the process was the onsite shadowing session (last step from the interview process). Being able to meet the team in person and observe the actual workflow before accepting the offer provided incredible clarity on the company's culture. I had never experienced this at other companies, and I believe it is a great value from Lansweeper that truly sets them apart. :)
