Lasers for Innovative Solutions Process and Development Engineer interview questions

Informal interview as I know the guys who started the company. Very Straightforward. They asked specific questions about my research experience, and were mostly interested in image processing experience. I responded frankly that it was not my forte, but I was willing to learn how to do it. Next week I showed up at the lab and started helping out. The following week I was give the offer and submitted documentation to become a full-time employee.
