1. Interview with HR 2. Interview with Product Owner 3. Interview with CEO I only had the HR round. The HR could not explain to me what the role was about and said I can find about the role when discussing with the product owner in round 2. What surprises me is that how could you evaluate a fit without knowing what you are hiring for.
