Layla Care Full Stack Software Developer interview questions

The interview consisted of 4 stages: 1st: Screening 2nd: Behavioral - given a take home afterwards 3rd: Product focused behavioral 4th: Meeting the C suite Each section was a 30-60 min conversation. Process was great - each interview was very conversational and questions either focused on past experiences or were situation based. Any technical questions were typically high level. My only gripe was after 4 interviews and a take home project I received very little feedback after getting a rejection.
