Went through 4 rounds of interviews. First is phone screening, then hiring manager and then C-level, lastly will be the HRBP. Interviews were fairly simple and straight forward. I also need to do a case study prior getting offer.

How have you navigate through tough times e.g when stakeholders are not buying in and how you manage the situation?

Go back and forth between direct reported, HR, the boss, and go back to the directed reported again.
In the end, eventhough you have a very impressive interview, you may not get the job, since the headcount can suddenly freeze or you over the budget 🫢
Around 3 rounds, take quite a while to get back. Pleasant in general, asked about general background and situational questions. Had a round of technical test relating to the work
