I recently went through the interview process with Leadership Connect and had a very positive experience. From the first conversation to the final stages, the process was organized, transparent, and respectful of my time.
HR was communicative and supportive, and what really impressed me was that they never gave empty promises. If they mentioned a deadline, they kept to it, something that feels increasingly rare in an era when many candidates experience ghosting. The hiring manager also went out of their way to connect with me personally and share insights about the team and culture.
I especially enjoyed the case study exercise. It was both challenging and engaging, and I learned a great deal about the product itself — which I had actually used before during my internship at a DC think tank while in graduate school.
Even though I ultimately chose to pursue another opportunity, I came away with a strong impression of Leadership Connect as a place that values people, encourages growth, and fosters a supportive environment. I would recommend anyone exploring opportunities there to seriously consider them.
