Find the second largest element of an array. OOP design.

An assignment was shared which was to be completed in 5 days. Post which rejection was received on the mail. No details were shared as to what lead to rejection and these details were not shared even on asking couple of times. Seems an overall bad process being setup and complete information is not shared.
