Originally, I was put in contact with CeeCee, a recruiter at LeafLink, by a mutual connection at the company. Since March of 2022, I've been in communication with her about at least three separate roles. My responses will likely be focused on the first position I interviewed for (Operations Associate) as that was the most formal interview process. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional, and seemed to care about the work they were doing. After interviews with four team members (including CeeCee), another candidate was chosen due to my lack of logistics experience. Despite not receiving an offer, CeeCee has always been communicative, supportive, and open with me about possibilities for future roles and her belief that I was a great culture fit but the right role wasn't available for me at that moment.
