Not much of an interview process. Was asked how I would promote the product. Was immediately asked for my schedule and hired on the spot. Very casual yet remember you're there to impress so be prepared. (btw this is still considered a start-up so it's not you're typical idea of what a business should be quite yet, lot's of potential though)

Found the job online. Sent my resumé in and got a response by email a few days later for an in-person interview. Showed up and met with one of the executives. It's a very small startup company and mostly made up of unpaid interns.

Question 1

They asked a bunch of random questions about my background. There wasn't a precisely formulaic type of question or answer. If you are good at talking about yourself and have previous experience in marketing or whatever the position is that you are applying for then you will likely get the interview. You must be presentable in dress and appearance because I know that people didn't get jobs at LC because of that specifically.

I was scheduled for an interview at 2pm, I got there early and ended up waiting about 30 or 40 minutes for the supervisor to show up for the interview. When she showed up, it took another 5-10 minutes for her to come and interview me. She seemed distracted and she made very little, if any, eye contact. She was on her phone the entire time. After one question, she asked for my availability. She looked very uninterested in the whole process.
