It wasn’t a proper interview. My friend took me there and I had to fill some forms. They asked if I had worked before. The test was not related to the bar job. I was asked if I have uniform and could work straight away. So they needed staff and sent me to work. Nothing special.

Simple, east going and less paper work. Just ask the basic questions such as when or how do I get paid, and what days of work will I selected for.
